Once again, we find ourselves at war with Babylon. Here are some possible steps we could take diplomatically to make their lives more difficult and, more importantly, avoid them finding any allies.
1. The Iroquois and Babylonians have a trade deal. From the information our maps provide, I imagine the Iroquois are selling them saltpeter. I suggest we sign an alliance against the Babylonians with the Iroquois for 29 gpt. I do not think we want war with the Iroquois right now, as they would make an excellent target for our panzers later on. Also, they will put enough pressure on the Babs that we can continue to focus on building our infrastructure.
2. I also suggest we sign a trade embargo with the Chinese against Babylon. This will bring China closer to friendship (obviously only in the loosest sense), and make it very unlikely that the Chinese will join the war on Babylon's side.
3. Sign a RoP with America. This will serve two purposes. First, it will make it less likely they join Babylon in the war, and second, we need to be able to get our troops across American territory to fight the Persians.
