Same problem a lot of people seem to have with the faces and maps being missing. I tried looking at all of the other forum threads and following the advice there, but I seem to be having a problem finding the direct driver. If anyone could give me some quick advice I would really appreciate it, cause I got this game for a family member as a christmas gift and I'd like to see her able to play it as soon as possible.
