My map tack list is very few and limited (CIV 6)

I am completely new in this game and it's genre. So Let me apologize ahead if my posts sound stupid. Before I played the game , I watched youtube tutorial on how to play it. When I come across map pin in youtube tutorial , I find it pretty difference in my game . In my game as you can see in attached file it was very few to selected from whereus in Youtue tutorials , the list is enormous. As first i thought , may be because of detailed map tack mods, i downloaded it and test it again. I still results in those tiny map pin list. Please kindly advice me, what went wrong. Thank you for advanced.

The list on the left is already a abbreviated version of the unmodded one it seems, the tiny blue one is new to me, probably the result of a mod - have you tried the arrow top right ? May give additional options idk.

mine is still the same before and after mod. May be mod isn't working ? Arrows doesn't work as well. Does your appear like the one of left as default ?

Do you use the Gathering Storm expansion ? Could be that they added to it, I only started playing Civ 6 lately and immediately got all expansions, maybe your are playing an earlier version I have never seen ?

Is it enabled in the game? Go to the main menu > Additional Content > Mods and you should see a list of mods. Make sure they are enabled.

It must be some mod causing your edit map pin window to have labels and miss out on improvements and unit commands and have named categories; or simply your screen resolution. I have no experience with tablet version.
Mine looks same as Snowygerry´s, even in Standard rules (without expansion content), just missing all the districts and wonders added in Expansions. So I assume you only have the base game without DLCs and expansions - missing out on some districts and wonders, and the pane seems empty.
