Fall From Heaven - Help

I could use help with two things.

First, I am not sure I have all the parts to the sword. I have the hilt and the blade and the orb, but I think I may have had another part which I seem to have lost (I can not find it only any of my units).

Second, where in Mulcarn? I have cleared just about the entire map (including the city in the top NW) but no sign of him.

Any advice appreciated. It is an interesting premise but a bit boring, at least so far.

This should be placed in the AoI forum.

But, answering your question, there are only THREE pieces to the sword. The Orb, however, is not part of it.

You must assemble all three parts (not two, unless of course, you then proceed to three. Five is right out!) in a city with a forge. Then Kylorin will appear with the godslayer.

Mulcarn should be in the west, southwestern part of the map.
