Playing after downloading the fall update, in a huge map with lots of city states I encountered a bug in the envoys screen. The screen, which is splitted in two with the list of city states above and the effects of having a determined number of envoys below, has the mouse scrolling focus on the wrong part. I should be able to scroll the city state list to select where I want to send my envoys to. Instead, when I roll the mouse wheel the scrolling is taking place in the lower part where there is the description of the benefits. The only way I could scroll the city state list was by manually placing the mouse cursor in the scrolling bar which is very enoying to do. I hope this issue is fixed fast!!
