faster game start (modify config.ini)?

I had a look at config.ini
In the section:
[CONFIG]

; QuickStart - SinglePlayer games only!
QuickStart = 0

I changed QuickStart value from 0 to 1

It looks faster to start... anybody else can confirm (or correct)?

QuickStart is usually a function where you get asked for less input in what settings to start a game with - usually random settings or within some range. Meaning you won't get asked map-size and stuff. It's a "I wanna play now!"-button.

It probably has nothing to do with performance or the speed which CIV starts. Probably just enables quickstart as a menu option, or somesuch.
