My favorite civ is whichever one I am currently playing

My favorite vanilla civ would be the Chinese. My favorite conquest civ is also the Chinese. I don't know what it is about them, but I have never lost a game while playing them, and I usually get a good start whenever I play with them.

I'm going with Egypt. I love the combo of Industrial and Religous. Suits my game play (not an early war monger).

I voted for France because they seem to be lucky for me. (They won me my first game at every single level) My favourite civilation to use is the Chinese because that they are the ideal warmongerer's civilization. (Fairly obvious why)

Immortals get creamed on the counter-attack on higher levels though. I would rather play with the legion, because they can withstand the counter-attack very well. However, I do not like Rome's traits.

I find India to be the best civ for OCC games. A resourceless knight with an extra hp is always good.

Out of all the civs i played i liked the Russians and the Vikings. I like the both thier triats and UUs.

I'll be the first to say Germany, though i havent experimented with all civs. Germany was my first, and i feel their agressive expansionism suits me perfectly. Everything else is put on hold, with cities churning out military units, until the wehrmacht is greater than the armies of all the other civs put together. Nothing pleases me more than annexing smaller civs, with the use of force being an added bonus.

I cant stand not playing a religious CIV, 6 turns of anarchy drives me nuts. So I voted for the Egyptions, with the Indians being a close second.

i pick american mostly because i am american. to me they seem out of place in the bronze age and the beginning of the middle ages, but oh well.

Looks like many people answer to the civilization the like best, not the one they think is the best in game terms.
I reckon there are most americans on this forums, and since america is nr 3 here I guesss it has something to do with national feelings rather than game terms to do.
The Americans don't get their UU before the very end. I seldom play that long.
