Yes, but it is stored on a computer I dont have access to right now.
Iron, horses, coal (Iron Works) 2 cows and a river all in the capitals workable squares.

Hmm...27182 or 16180 could work. But I always go with 0.

Note that the other settings (landmass, climate, etc.) make a difference as well.

I suggest people mention the map settings (climate, size, barb settings, landform, water, age etc) becouse just the seed nr isn't enough to reproduce the same map.

You also need to keep the same number of Seafaring civs in the same order on the roster, otherwise the start locations may change.

it was written somewhere, not long ago, that :
just barbarians do not matter (i'm sure i did forget sth?)

and : i play usually random*all - but.... ehm, when i get some good start location, and not so good (IMO) civ i write down map settings (wich CAII) and restart it with another civ.
[i'll have to add sth here, there is some trick to play _any_ other civ and start in the same place]

What the heck are seeds, and what do you need them for?

This will tell you what a seed is.

As for what they're for, it's used in creating a random map.

I remember playing 272727, and it was a very fun to play map, but I forgot the other settings. There were no Seafaring civs because it was Vanilla. I think I have a save somewhere, Iàll check when I get back to my country again.
