Feature Warming

Simple mod that makes it possible for global warming to be a feature rather than a terrain. The mod has it set to Fallout in Global Defines, but it can be any feature if the dll is included. With just the xml change there is simply no global warming. Currently only for BtS 3.17.

Nice idea .
So could create a..."desert storm" (or whatever), which could "spread" the global warming, like the expansion of deserts in the real world.

Yeah, if you made a feature "Desert Storm" and gave it a high growth rate. One thing I like to do is give a high growth rate and a high disappearance rate, so features essentially move around.
