It might be a good idea to also list all the accepted/declined/undecided nominations.

Lastly, use notepad, or another word processing program with a monotype font, to create a text table. Copy it into the message, and use the [ code ] tags.

This is no legal requirement to be seconded. In fact, you can nominate yourself too.

I thougt so too. I intereprted the part in the Code of Standards "All nominations must be confirmed before polls open" to mean that confirming was like seconding or something.
