Feud! is a time honored best selling franchise created by our very own Sonereal.
Feud! is all about starting at the beginning and building your way up. It was always meant to track a small tribe as it moved from settling down in one place to an advanced civilization in a future world. But never has a game gotten there.
This one is different.
This Feud! is to be The Dawn of IOT.
Now what do I mean by that?
Lets start off by saying in Feud! each RL day will be a year in game. Submit as many actions during the day as you want (within reason) and it will be given a result at the end of the day. I will post an update once every 24 hours, and as a result it will be short in terms of narrative, with most of the 'updating' occurring as I give the results of everyone's actions, which might happen piecemeal, and might happen all at once.
But what's so special about this Feud!?
Each day will be a year. However, at one point, maybe a week from now, maybe 2 weeks, there will be a time skip. Maybe it will skip forward 500 years, maybe 1000, maybe 10,000. Who knows. But in addition to time skips, when the time feels right, this game of Feud! might develop into a full fledged IOT. Will the players split up the tribe and establish separate nations early on, defying history and realism? Will some interesting dynamic change, making slightly more complex mechanics necessary? Nobody knows, since I sure dont.
So now that you have seen my incomprehensible OP, lets get started. Post your name, your primary skill, your age (might want to keep it young so you dont die right away), gender (males might be wise early on, but perhaps you like a challenge), and any actions you want to get done right off the bat.
For reference, you are all a part of a tribe of around 200 people that live a nomadic lifestyle in the foothills of a large mountain range. To the south is a large sea, and there are rumored to be fair and fertile lands across the sea and east across the mountains where tribes may have already settled down, but there is game a plenty where you are and in the mountains themselves, at least in the summer. You are currently camped in a light forest next to a small river that can be forded easily for miles around.
