I opened up the Save, just to see how much was left to do with the intention of finishing it up tonight. But...
Pelixa only has two cities left, Feiss Mabdon and Mouresbane. Feiss only has a few defenders, and should fall next turn. I can't see Mouresbane, but after manuevering a few of our ships around I can see that it only has a Stygian, a Merc, and few Archers. This shouldn't take too long.
However! I check the victory conditions and see that we control 65.13% of the world's surface. When Pelixa's former capital comes out of revolt, in 4 turns, we might get a Domination win!

That means I only have 4 turns to finish her off!
I abandon Pelixa's capital in the hope that the Stygian guard to the NW will re-capture it. Might as well play it safe.
Turn 1 (Yr. 355)
Feiss Mabdon is captured and razed as predicted. Put Bamber's stack in position to arrive at Moursebane next turn.
Damn! Pelixa's stupid Stygian refuses to abandon his sacred Pigs! 3 turns left...
Turn 2 (Yr. 311)
YES! The Stygian re-captures Pelixa's captial Atheriel-ta-Mealthiel!!
Fleet with Cats, Mages and a few sundry Crossbowman arrives off Moursebane. With some Fireballs and amphibious assaults, Mouresbane falls without having to move the Bamber stack! (I guess I didn't need to worry about that domination win after all!)
Move Bamber stack toward Atheriel-ta-Mealthiel. They're only 2 tiles away, so how about some Fireballs, Stygian...
Atheriol-ta-Mealthiel is re-captured by a Fire Elemental!
All that remains of Pelixa's capital is a smoldering ruin!
