file for hall of fame / conquests completed?

Sorry if this question has been answered elsewhere:

I have a new computer but I would like to keep the conquests I've done completed.... Is there a file that I can move so that my new system retains that info?

CampaignRecord and HighScores files.


CampaignRecord is for the Conquests.
HighScores is for the epic games.
