File not found '#' error

Just re-bought Civ 3 Complete, trying to load an old scenario - and when it reaches the 41% point it crashes and says 'Load error file not found '#' and crashes

have tried patches, and still same error. All the other scenarios work fine. What does the # mean??

I would expect the # just means the programmer did not clear the field and that is what is there now. File not found I tend to see first what the scenario date was and match that to the patches and version.

IOW is this a civ3 scenario or PTW or C3C. If PTW, some of the files are no longer part of C3C and that means Complete as well. So it could be looking for them.

Complete is fully patched, so do not apply any to it. If the scenario is older and provides a BIQ for C3C, it may not be for 1.22. Older versions are not downward compat.
