Firaxis on GDC10 Activities

Firaxis has published to their website a complete set of content highlighting the studio's involvement at the recent Game Developers' Conference in San Francisco.

Among the pages are:

• Reaction from three Firaxian artists on their respective panels and the overall experience
• Insight from two Conference Associates, or Firaxians working behind the scenes at GDC10
• More coverage of Sid's keynote address, including pictures

An interesting comment came from graphics lead Dan Baker:

The crowd [for his presentation] was over 150 people (and sadly many had to be turned away because of the room size), and only two people hadn’t played Civ before! ​

Clearly Civilization has been a big hit among gaming industry professionals!

but...

so. any tips? it's been a while we don't get any new confirmation. most imp q; will the game really be in the market in fall 2010?
