It should be possible yes. Most likely you will have to configure your firewall for the game. Many firewalls have an auto configure feature that lets you search for internet application and then applies "rules" to those applications. Basically the rules are the guidelines that tell the firewall what to let through and what not to. I am not familiar with zone alrm pro but you should be able to find more info in the help section under configuration if you're having trouble.
