First Person Shooters -- Joypad or Mouse?

As a man who plays quake 2 half life and opposinf force,plays daily CS is in a TFC clan I wanna have a mouse without wire with a smooth ball.It is perfect for eliminating annoying terrorists in CS

I first started playing in Sega Genesis (aka Mega Drive), so I'm well used to play with contollers. But for some kinds of games, nothing can match a PC because of the keybord/mouse combo.

In my humble opinion, first person shooters are best played in PCs.

Mouse and Keyboard for the same reason as Wolfe Tone. A lot more functions to be used with mouse and keyboard.

I must say though, that I don't mind using the control pad on my platstation to play FPS games.
