First Republic of Arentaina​

The dynasties of Arentaina's past are over. No longer will the nation be ruled by bloodlines of a city, but rather the thoughts of the nation.
The First Republic of Arentaina will bring democracy to the autocratic lands of Arentaina. The Cycles of Arete have served well as a buffer,
but political freedom will come to power following the First Republic of Arentaina's ascension to power.

We wish to create a new nation entirely out of the one we have today. Poor citizens will have complete representation in the nation. With this freedom
comes the ability to enhance the progress of your life.



Constitution of Arentaina​
Right Number One, The Right of Representation:

All citizens of Arentaina will receive equal representation in government. This representation will not
be decided by race, faction alliance, political standings, or social standings. The elected government will create inner-faction factions for the citezens
to join. Upon entrance to the faction, all citizens, with their own consent, will attempt to run or support a Representative of their inner-faction faction
Who will then bring their peers' thoughts to the head of our government.

Right Number Two, Universal Fraction Proposing Rights:

All citizens of Arentaina receive the right to hold inner-faction faction creating abilities.
The idea of inner-faction factions has been Embraced by the FRA in order to root out corruption. To realize this goal, the government itself will be formally
responsible for creating the inner-factions, however it will be the citizens that begin the thought.

In addition the the right of proposing inner-factions to the government, ALL LEGITIMATE NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO APPLY FOR INNER-FACTIONHOOD. In order to root out corruption, all Profitable Organizations and any Non-Profit Organizations known to conspire with Profitable Organizations will be exempt from inner-factionhood.

Right Number Three, Universal Challenging Rights:

All citizens (including the Secretary) receive the right to challenge any of the Head of States' authorities. This applies to absolutely anything
the Head of State could pass affecting you. Reasonable proof of the Head of States' authorities affecting you in short-term or long term will be
required in a poll regarding the overturning of an order. If the overturn passes, the deal is dissolved, if it does not, the challenge cannot be made
again until another piece of proof is shown. In this way, citizens of Arentaina create a balance of power between both themselves and the ruling authority.

Right Number Four, The Right of Inner-Faction Legitimacy:

In order to shun one man from becoming more powerful then another, inner-factions will be closely monitored by the Government, but Inner-Faction Legitimacy will also provide guidelines these Inner-Factions. Two people will be required to create a legitimate Inner-Faction. When a faction gains over 4 members, it will optionally gain the right to promote one more citizen within the IF to Representative status. If a faction gains
more then 7 members, it will be allowed a third Representative. If a Inner-faction ever gains 10 or more IF members, they will be given a fourth member, and for every 10 more members another Representative will be allowed.

Right Number Five, The Right of Impeachment:

If two Challenges to the State succeed in a Head of States' career, the citizens reserve the right to impeach the Head of State, thus allowing the Secretary to rise to power and triggering another Secretary election.



Government Workings​
1.) There will be a Head of State elected every two TC's. The Head of State will work for the people, and will oversee the economy aswell as serve as the
Commander in Chief of the Army. The Head of State will be able to Organize the Troop names as he wishes in order to achieve organization.

2.) There will be a Secretary elected as well. The Secratary will fill the Head of States' role during his absence, whatever it may be. He will also
Serve directly under the Head of State to what he desires.

3.) A Representative assembly will assemble at the request of any Representative, current Head of State, Secretary, or mandatoraly after two TCs have passed. The Representative Society, as it will be called, will elect the Head of State and the Secretary after two TCs, and also answer to anything the HoS or the Secretary might want the Representative Society to make a case against. Representatives will also be selected every two TCs by a government-sponsored poll for all running Inner-Faction Factions.

4.) All citizens may run for Head of State or Secretary, but only members of an Inner Faction may run as that Inner-Factions Representative.
 
As current situations unfold, the FRA would like to formally state its backing of the CoA until the wars that could potentially destroy us are controlled.

The FRA will hold gameplay before RPing at all aspects of the actual game.

EDIT: To start with, the FRA will support four Legitimate Representative States within Arentaina: Arete Proper, New Arkadia, the Dark East, and Ibisinia.

All factional priorities will be given to the first member.

As a note, I think it would be best to wait the position assignments for the first election (the positions that will represent us in the next PF election) after the defeat of the Mayan Armada.
