Fix one crash another pops up

I am working off of a completely clean install of steam and Civ5 G&K & BNW. Windows 7, DirectX, C++ redistribution files, and NVIDIA graphics drivers are up to date.

I was playing last evening with various mods, everything fine. Today, previous save won't load. Can't start a new game. I have not seen this error message before.

I've been playing Civilization since the board game in the 1980's. (I still have it.) I have never seen this many people reporting this many various errors/crash problems.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
