[FIXED] Civilopedia: you can't move stealth bombers on carriers - you can! (+ No XP)

I think the solution should be that bombers are not allowed on carriers at all!

Can you still relocate them onto carriers?

Not sure if it then should be considered fixed or not . Because beaming the new stealth bomber away would also not be logical.
...or how is this in civ5? Can you upgrade units outside of cities or only in them?

I cannot relocate Stealth Bombers to carriers. The bug--or rather exploit--is to upgrade a Bomber already stationed at a carrier.

When I tested this, I had to move the carrier into a city before upgrading the Bomber. I do not recall if I could upgrade the Bomber outside the city within territory borders (I "think" I needed the Bomber at a city before the upgrade button became available, so "beaming" it off the carrier could work).
