[FIXED] Late game crash

If anyone has a reproducible example of this from a game started in the current patch, please post a save and I will pass it over to the engineers.

I have had the same isue is the later stages when the game crashes. I will replicate and post a save.

Edit: Actually I was unable to replicate the CTD. By NOT cutting a lubber mill to reveal coal I avoided the CTD. That is the only thing I did differently the second time through.

The delay before second CRD sounds like it's to do with the improvement being replaced - first by the mine-in-progress and then by the actual mine.
