Fixing Global Warming effect

I think I am the person who hates Global Warming most...

I had been thinking of fixing it for a long time, so the best way I found was:

In the Editor, go to "Terrain" and edit the "Pollution effect" on that terrain

i.e. You can set Pollution have no effect on Grassland, or turn Desert into Grassland.

what is there to fix? by getting rid of pollution in this manner you are taking away one whole aspect of the game.

Kind of like setting it up so that resources do not deplete.

Yeah, but this is for the people who don't want to have all deserts on the map, especially that yellow accent is annoying.

I know you're not singling me out, but that's still me. I don't like resource depletion. . Sure, I've got a chance to get the resource back, or get one from the AI. . .I just see the RD as a failed game concept, and since I can change it, I do.
