Flags Question

I recently downloaded the BADR flag files and it sort of backfired. Now I don't have any flags and they're all white. Some civs have flags, Germany is one. But the rest don't. Is there any way to fix this?
I put the .dds directly into the TeamColour folder, replacing the old ones. Maybe this has something to do with it?
