Is Flicster the program wich can change the civ´s leader´s picture?? Can someone help me with it?? Or, if you can send me the program... then, i´ll be happy,

flicster breaks down unit's flc into pcx files which you can edit before exporting it into a flc again. Leaderhead animations are also flcs so I think you should be able to edit them in the same way

actually, after looking at the files I think the leaderhead pictures are in a different flc format from the units, maybe it wouldn't work.
