The only poll duration values are days. It would need to be shortened by a day, or the DP can post a poll closed message when play starts.

Berlin. Come on, if we don't eliminate the Germans and the Romans, they'll come back for revenge one day. Let's strike while they're weak.

And if we're going for the entire continent, Berlin is the best as it is the most central.

Because is central, considering the palace is to the south.

And Berlin is a great GPfarm, its 2 NW slots must be preserved for that.
