is it possible to relocate the forbidden palace just like you can do it with the normal palace?

my capital is at the west coast, so the eastern cities have high corruption rates. i intended to build a forbidden palace on the same continent but i want to have the option to relocate it to another continent at a later time.

guess i just relocate the palace if i have to, then

mm..moving the palace is not worth it in my opinion..you loose the cultural pts cuz your palace is no longer buid like gazillions of year ago anymore..

just change to democracy and build courthouses
