"format not compatible with windows"

Hi, ive just bought the game but every time i try and load it i get the message "format not compatible with windows". Anyone know what it iis. This is the only game i get this message with ive tried others. Thanks.

Have you tried exploring the disk and running the setup file from there?

i cant do anything with the disc i get that meaasage as soon as i try to install. The full message is "windows cannot read from this disc. The disc might be corruped or using a format that is not compatible with windows"

Assuming you are not trying to use a DVD in a CD player or something silly like that?

Lol, no, definately not. I tried champ manager and i pool game ive got and theyre both working fine.
