Founding more than one religion?

So I was reading Destructoid's review of G&K (see http://www.destructoid.com/review-civilization-v-gods-and-kings-227210.phtml) and came upon a really interesting tidbit. In the fifth paragraph, it says you can found up to three religions. I've played 22 or so hours but haven't ever been able to do such a thing. Is this a misprint, or have I totally been missing something?

You can only find 1 religion.

You can capture other holy cities, but even then you don't really take control of that religion - you only get to choose beliefs for the one you found.

That's what I thought, which means that review has a pretty egregious error.

Any particular reason the review would have such a bad error? Is there perhaps another concept that could be confused with founding three religions (maybe that it takes 3 Great Prophets to "finish" a religion)?

you can have upto 3 beliefs and 1 enhancer. The reviewer was either confused or worded it wrong.

There is also a limit on how many religions can be founded in a game, but any one player can only found one.
