Why am I up right now?
I was playing BTS 313.001 HOF mod on a tiny map with 4 opponents. I was beating down on Roos. and as I took one city (the third in the war), it asked me if I wanted to keep 2 other cities. I accepted and it booted his units out of the cities. Of course, he rolled his stack back in on the next turn but then when I took the next city, it did it again. This time I accepted and then capitulated him so I kept the two cities. I have never seen this before. Anyone else??
