Found an island that had 9 Bonus Resources clustered together... 1 being a cattle. *LIGHTBULB*
Built the GZ and just put all my traders in that city. Harbor/Comm Dist. in each city and also got Suz. of Carthage for extra routes. Completely changed my strat, but so much money!
BEST PART - That city was making so much money, it drew out enemy spies like a bug zapper. That's all they ever went for. My spies earned easy promotions just sitting on the Comm. District and collecting spies.
