So I made a custom map for myself to play recently and everything was good, until I noticed the AI behaving weird.
They were spawning cities in rapid succession, barely trained any military and had countless cities wiped by far too-well thriving barbarians who even laid siege to capitals and brought their HP down to 0 before leaving them alone.
Civ leaders won't pick up any attempts of diplomacy or trade, if they offer trades their offers contain nothing for either side.
There may be more bugs, but I can't explore them all due to Civ crashing a lot even before I made that map, primarily from getting too many diplomatic windows thrown at.
