No I didn't. 19 worked tiles excluding the home tile plus two specialists = 21 citizens. Yet there is a population of 22.

Looks to me like there is a specialist mod. It seems to also have a bug.

I clicked on the 'add priest' button twice assuming there was at least two spaces. But there was only on. They merged into the one priest.

P.S. There is no mod.

you can't work a desert dile that is not next to a river, doesn't have floodplains or an oasis.
