I saw somewhere else (sorry, can't remember where) that the "OH YEAH!" comes from having researched Future Techs. The more future techs, the more happiness added.

Not sure if i have the save.. will have a look for you.

What i did was to settle on the spot. Liz and Mao got "booted" from my lands, with the others just remaining there. So I declared on the rest and Roosevelt got booted and the others stayed to be slaughtered!!!!

Eventually got the pretorians (sp) and wiped out the rest. First conquest win too ... im normally a builder.

Hastings,a city I captured from the Aztecs the same turn.
IBT,the English and Aztecs make peace and Lizzy gets Teotihuacan.
It has to be,there aren't any English troops around.Also no resisters.

That game would be very easy, if you settle at your settler's starting point no other civs can settle any cities and will thus be wiped out very quickly.

I'm not sure that is correct. If you found a city, the other civs automatically get moved outside your sphere of influence (unless they have open borders). That would mean that the other units would be moved off the island.

My computer is old, and my game have all sorts of defeats(black terrian, no text) but i still played
When i finish the mahatten project, the screen background just turn white.....Looks like when u finish mahatten project, the bomb explode immediately!!!

My bombardment was going backwards, around the world, before landing on the city from the other side a little while later. This was the second shot. I wasn't quick enough to capture the two volleys landing one after the other about 20-30 seconds later.

Haha this is one of the funniest screen shots I have seen.. I'd love to have this happen to me. Was this located anywhere special on the map, such at right at the edge?

Need some wheat? There is 13 wheat this close to one another!!! Great Plains, Duel map, 18 players.
I was going to try a cultural win with Frances (middle of the big blue balloon on the map )

No it was about a third of the way in from the edge. This was on the GOTM02 Lakes map. Not long after that I exited, rebooted, and started it back up to clean up some of the other little, less fun things it was doing.
