1) This game is obviously modded-- not for Civ 4 newbies. This mod is JKP's Next War Revolutions. For a link to this mod, click here. This mod had dymanic names that went along with the goverment civ changes of that civilization. Click on the link for more information.

i also like NW and other Modern mods... though i don't like stuff like Star Trek, Star Wars or Afterworld
i like modern mods, that's why i play more FF and NW than the unedited BtS and its other mods...
