"Gain 90 influence when gifting a great person to a city state"

What is the influence value for gifting great people for civs other than Sweden? I just want to know how much more I'm getting.

pretty much nothing really. When you gift cs units you only get a little influence. Sweden is special.

i dont believe you can gift them. I tried to gift some Great Generals the other day when i have like 38 doing nothing

This. You can't gift any civillian unit (as the tooltip explains on hover-over) unless you are Sweeden.
