Galactic Conquest TC possible?

If so, who wants to mod it with me?

I have some ideas in mind and would like to hear ideas of you, too.
I think it could be possible to make a MoO2 like game based on Civ4...

This mod would afford much work, so i need to know if enough people would like to mod it..

It may turn into a galactic conquest game. We still haven't fully decided.

Also, Crossbow might begin work on a GC type mod...
