Dear community,

I am trying to edit/modify/create new animation for a mmorpg game(FHX Restoration) witch is closed since 2006 and now, some people try to bring it back. From test to test everything run smother, but animation are the same since 2006 and some are boring and also repeated. In the future probably will need new animation but for now I just want to edit the existent animation. The problem is that they are .kfm format which I can't run with Blender or Maya. I've found on google that this type of files can be open with NifSkope(but i had no luck, also error pop up when I try to open the files) and GameBryo which is not free and only for trial, but even for that I need some approvals.
Meantime I was tryng https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/esemjays-kfm-converter.263215/ but also with no luck, it doesn't decode any of my files.
Also I've tried to open them with Max 8, even found a video here of how to open( https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/changing-civ4-model-in-max-without-loosing-animati.4375/ ), but I can't make what is in the video even that I have the same version of Max.
The .kfm files are old, last modification been made in 2005/2006.
Any idea is apreciate.

Thank you!
