Game breaking bugs added

I try to play a game and give up, they introduce a new bug. Neutral food city (In my case size 3, produce 6 food, use 6 food) now starve if food backed is empty.

By my count they introduce minimum 2 gameplay breaking bugs this patch.

Resources sell for 150 buy for 300 is one, as there no gameplay reason to stop human trade, you might as well remove last usable diplomatic action all together.

City starve on neutral food - that is an other big one.
Darn, no point to beat dead horse.
 
I don't know if either of those are game breaking. Shouldn't be there, probably, annoying, maybe, but game breaking? For me, the 69 city bug was game breaking. It literally crashed the game. I can't say I'd put either of these in the same category.
