Does any one have any suggestions on how to stop the Civ4 Gold from crashing? I reinstalled in safe mode, and lowered my graphics cash and nothing is working. I have the required system specs. HELP!!!

I sent that to tech support at 2k and they could not find anything wrong. Any other suggestions?

frankly dxdiag is the way to start - and 2k tech support is anything but the gold standard for decent tech support...
apart from that does the windows event manager show any error message?
