Game Crashes to Black

While playing either single or multiplay occasionally my screen will go black and im forced to restart my computer. When i looked at the event viewer this is the error it tells me i am having..

"An error was detected on device \Device\CdRom0 during a paging operation."

I have attached my dxdiag.

I really know very little about DX reports but it looks like a few of your drivers are aged.
