Game freezes when placing new modernisation

So the whole game went fine, until I conquered the City State of Kuala Lumpur (renamed it Pyongyang) and made it to an marionette. I pillaged several farms and when I´am trying to rebuild those or replace it with, for example, a trading post, the game freezes. If placing a trading post or any other modernisation, the game freezes instantly. If trying to rebuild it, it freezes after maybe 2 or sometimes 3 rounds.

I´am playing with japan and the game is modded (all mods downloaded and updated through steam workshop). The map size is giant. These are the Mods I´am using:

R.E.D Modpack (v. 27)
R.E.D Xtreme (v. 27)
More Luxuries (v. 103)
Ingame Editor (v. 37)

I do not own Brave New World, only Gods and Kings and several other DLC´s. I can´t find my saves for this (Library/documents/MyGames/Sid Meiers Civilization 5/saves/single). Only older savegames are showing up.

Pc Specs are:
VGA:Nividia Gtx 570
CPU:Intel 3570K
Ram: 8GB
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

Hope I´ve done everthing right. I´am new here. DxDiag is include below. Updated every possible driver through a program called slimdriver.

Your DxDiag file reports that your video driver is dated 1/1/2000! That's obviously impossible, but you might want to visit NVIDIA's site to make sure that your driver really is the most recent one.

Assuming that the video driver isn't the problem, what you're seeing probably is caused by one of the mods, or perhaps two of the mods are incompatible with each other. You might want to look in the C&C forum to see if this problem has come up before. Otherwise, remove the mods one at a time to see if the problem goes away.

If you can reproduce this problem in a unmodded game, please post again and include a save file.

I'd blame More Luxuries mod. It's buggy as hell - had issues with it myself (missing farm graphics, absence of straegic resorces on maps). Author updates it constantly, fixing old bugs - but every time new ones appear lol.

Thanks for the fast help. Well I will try to play with every mod disabled today. Updated the Nvidia Drivers and now dxdiag is showing the correct update date. But when I´am disabling More Luxuries, I can´t load my savegame (somekind of essential mod). The load game button just won´t lighten up

So I started now a new game without More Luxuries and it worked just fine for a day. Next day I wanted to continue my game. But Civ 5 won´t start anymore. I start Civ 5 and when I press on Dx 10 and Dx 11 Button or the Dx 9 Button the screens just turns black and relocates me back to the desktop. Already uninstalled it and tried to reinstall again. Still the same problem. I already disabled the Intro in the UserSettings.ini. Still the same problem
