Game keeps freezing at the same place

Hi all,

I'm nearly finished a game but it keeps freezing at the same turn, which it has never done before.

I can restart the game re-load at any place and keep playing, untill it gets to turn 263, then always freezes. It has never done this before.

Anyone had the same issue or know how to rectify?
