Is anyone working on a Game of Thrones mod?

I was playing the Realism Invictus mod which has a huge stack of barbarians roaming around and I couldn't help thinking of this as a Dothraki horde.
The different Houses could easily be seen as Empires in Civ4 fighting amongst or allying with each other.
I could see Tywin Lannister of House Lannister having the Militaristic (aka. Aggressive) and Financial Traits with a Gold Resourse. A Lannister always pays his debts.
House Tully has Fish resources.
House Baratheon has Deer Resources.
House Stark has Wolf Barbarians roaming around on their tundra tiles.
An Iron Resource on the Iron Islands.

Perhaps slow the teching to gunpowder path.

It would be interesting. The show is filming Season 6, so there is a fan base for the show and probably enough for a mod.

It looks like they made a scenario and haven't added any posts since 2012.

The other link within that link mentioned another version based on FFH2, but they have no further posts since 2010. http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=368420

So, it looks like both projects are dead.
It seems like it would make a decent game and not just a scenario too.

These scenarios by Ciruela are based on FfH2 (with or without MNAI) and are pretty much alive!
