Just to tell I like your chart "Civ4 TraitBuildingUnitTech Chart".
Very useful when it comes to sift leaders by different categories like trait to take an example.

For example, Double production speed for EXP leaders.

Hey, I left a comment to PieceOfMind in his PIG mod thread regarding a suggestion to improve the Custom House to help make it more desirable to build. Maybe, you could look it over and add your own idea. I remember, you put a lot of thought into the Fetoria. If the base is changed, so would the UB.
