Game options and stacking

I just encountered the 1UPT rule in the game when I built a unit in a city that already had one. Personally, I don't like this rule. Is there a way around it? Can it be turned off in CCTP? Also... can mods add options? I didn't see any extra ones for this mod.

We didnt altered the stacking rules, look under global ,


Yes you can add new options via a mod, also i highly suggest that you turn of the time victory in CCTP (advanced options).
