Game Technical Problems (Civ 4: Complete)

Hello,

I just bought Civ4: Complete today and I have it all installed.
But when I start it up, it says it's ONLY Civ 4: Colonization. I wanted to also play the regular Civ 4 starting from the nomadic times to the futuristic times. Is this a technical issue that I have to change something in option?

Also, there is no icon that is created by Civ 4 at all. How can I create one for this game?

It probably did not install any shortcuts - go to start->programs->firaxis games it should list complete and colonization there - under complete you'll find all 3 civ4 games

I searched for Firaxis games and it did not show...Is there another name it could be?

Neither did that come up,
This is a Window's Vista Operating system

it probably did not create any shortcuts at all
go to your hard drive (my computer -> local drive) then to Program Files ->2kgames ->Firaxis Games ->Civilization 4 Complete
that should contain the .exe for Civ4 and folders for Beyond the Sword and Warlords that contain those .exe files. Run the game from there

Vista uses that silly 'games' folder - and it must be used if you want games for windows certification.

if you want to create a shortcut for the games, just right-click on the .exe file, mouse over "Send To" and click on "Desktop (create shortcut)." it may be a little different in Vista, but it should be, for the most part, the same
