People seem to foget that these guys have no authority, they are still just another wank with an opinion who youv never even met. You know what this list means?That some guy has a serious preference for first person shooters, no less, no more.

Can we get a link? I'd like to see how they justified some of these (it is rather biased towards recent games) and how they came to such decisions.

Not a bad list HOWEVER. Much like 'The Best films of all time', 'Best Comedian', 'Best band' 'Best this' 'Best that', it's dictated by the times. In 3 years Orange Box won't be top, and 3 years ago games like HL1 would have been higher.

Where's Civ, where's Monkey Island? Where's Super Mario?

And did they really mean to imply that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is the best game that isn't rated M? Though I do like the fact that CivIV is listed the highest out of all strategy games.

It seems like all the PC games were made in the last 5 or so years. Why aren't there any older games?

From what I gather this is a website like Rotten Tomatoes thats collects reviews and such and has only been around for several years. I'm pretty sure these rankings aren't based on personal opinions of editors but based on the information they are collecting. Since the website is only a few years old, older games lack ratings and information that the newer games have and thus the bias on games released since the website was created.

Worldwide Soccer Manager (or Football Manager to us Brits) is probably on the list due to the sheet number of units it sells everytime it comes out.

As for the others, aye I agree WTH? I'm guessing the list is very specific and not encompassing games from what seems like over 7 years ago
