GeForce FX 5500 256mb?

Does anyone use this card, because I recently bought it an am having troubles installing it?

I just put in a Radeon 9550.

What's the problem?

I've disabled and deleted the onboard card and then plugged in the new one, but when I start it up again it is just a black screen with a blue box in the middle.

Anyone else have this difficulty?

I have this card -
Is yours PCI or AGP?
Did you change the primary graphics in the BIOS?
