[General Query] How do you find out what governments the AI are using?

Hey all,

I was just wondering how I would be able to find out what governments the AI players are using during the game. I can't seem to see it on the F4 screen, so is it somewhere else? Is it even there? I ask because knowing what government the AIs are in might help me figure out what they might like for trading government techs and what-not.

okay to explain further. in your military advisor where it tells you the size of your army and what units you have look across the screen. and you will see what the Ai have(if you have a spy) but also slightly above that you have the name of their country and their government.
