General turn information thread

I downloaded it, and I don't see what's the big deal.
In the beggining of this game we've discussed about that. It was stabilished that anyone who tried to play ahead would be banned from the game and would take a week vacation from the forums.
I didn't open it yet (I don't have civ2 in the other comp), but since is such a big deal, I'll delete it.
